Job summary

Neatly in Dubai is seeking a hands-on Lead Housekeeping Supervisor to drive quality, training and supply chain management across residential and holiday homes.

You will conduct on-site coaching, oversee chemicals, equipment and inventory, and ensure SOPs are followed. You will lead multicultural teams, report weekly on quality and training, and coordinate logistics with drivers to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' housekeeping supervisory experience.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Strong knowledge of professional cleaning methods, chemicals and equipment.
• Experience managing multicultural teams.
• Good English communication.

Responsibilities

Job description

Lead, train and support housekeeping teams in the field to deliver every cleaning service to Neatly's standards. You will own quality, training and the housekeeping supply chain (chemicals, equipment, kits and inventory) across residential and holiday home properties.

What you will do

• Quality Control & Field Supervision
  • Daily field visits, quality inspections and unit releases.
  • Enforce SOP and checklist compliance.
  • Identify recurring issues and drive corrective action.
  • Investigate client complaints — root cause and preventive measures.
  • On-site coaching and retraining.
  • Monitor staff performance in the field.
• Team Leadership & Training
  • Onboard all new housekeeping employees.
  • Deliver refresher training and practical coaching.
  • Develop Team Leaders.
  • Ensure correct use of chemicals, equipment and the microfibre system.
  • Promote professionalism and customer service.
• Chemicals, Equipment & Inventory Management
  • Full ownership of chemicals, tools, equipment and consumables.
  • Ensure cleaning bags are packed correctly and standardised before deployment.
  • Kit inspections, stock monitoring and reordering.
  • Equipment maintenance and standardised inventory controls.
• Operational Support
  • Support Operations during busy periods and priority unit releases.
  • Coordinate with drivers on replenishment and logistics.
  • Ensure teams are fully equipped before daily assignments.
• Compliance & Reporting
  • Weekly quality, training and inventory reports.
  • Track recurring issues.
  • Ensure safe chemical handling and storage.
  • Maintain housekeeping records and training logs.
