Job summary

Neatly in Dubai is hiring a hotel-trained housekeeper to join our on-site team. You will deliver guest-ready finishes in residential and premium turnover settings, maintain high standards, and work as part of a crew led by a property lead.

Expect above-market base salary, turnover bonuses, visa, medical insurance, accommodation support, and ongoing training on Neatly protocols. Candidates should have 2+ years in five-star hotels or premium serviced properties.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hotel housekeeping experience in 4–5 star properties, serviced apartments, or premium villa management.
• Must understand guest-ready standards and be able to work without constant supervision.
• Physically fit to handle fast turnovers and long shifts.
• Punctual, reliable, and able to stay until completion of the property.
• Honest and discreet when in private homes.
• Team player capable of supporting crew during busy periods.
• Eligible to work in UAE or sponsorship eligibility.

About the role

You are the standard. Not "the cleaner" — the person whose finish a guest walks into and a homeowner trusts. We don't sell cleaning by the hour; we sell a finish that is repeatable, photo-verified and the same every visit. You are the human delivering that. Half your week is residential — weekly housekeeping for the same families, the same homes, learning the way they like the kitchen reset, where the linen goes, which corner of the sofa the cat hates being moved off. The other half is holiday-home turnovers — a guest checked out at 11, another checks in at 3, and in those four hours the home becomes new again. Linen changed and crisp, bathrooms hotel-finish, kitchen reset, photos uploaded, ready. You are not working alone. You are part of a trained crew with a property lead. But you are accountable for your zone, every visit.

What you will do

• Residential housekeeping for repeat clients — same team, same homes, building familiarity
• Holiday-home turnovers — calendar-driven, time-boxed, photo-verified, every detail
• Bed-making to hotel spec — corners tight, linen smooth, pillows symmetrical
• Bathroom finish — no streaks, no hair, mirrors clear, amenities aligned, towels rolled or folded to spec
• Kitchen reset — appliances wiped, sink dry, hob spotless, dishwasher run, surfaces neutral
• Restocking — linen, toiletries, kitchen essentials per the property's amenity list
• Photo handover — clear before/after shots uploaded through the team app
• Reporting damage, low stock or maintenance issues immediately — quietly, in writing, with photos
• Care of furnishings — knowing when to use which chemical on which surface, knowing when to call the specialist (carpet, mattress, sofa) rather than guess

What we're looking for

Must have

• 2+ years in a hotel housekeeping team (4 or 5 star), serviced apartments, branded short-stay, or premium villa management. Hotel training is not optional for this role
• You know what "guest-ready" looks like and you don't need a supervisor to confirm it
• Physically fit — turnovers are fast and on your feet
• Reliable — you arrive on time, every shift, and you stay until the property is finished, not until the clock runs out
• Honest — you report what you broke before anyone finds it
• Discreet — you are inside private homes. What you see stays inside the home
• Team player — you cover for the crew when they need it, and you expect the same back
• Right to work in the UAE or eligible for sponsorship
