Job summary

Millennium Hotels and Resorts MEA in Dubai seeks a Hospitality Project Coordinator to support Project Manager across design review, RFP/tender management, quotation evaluation and document control for hotel development and renovation projects.

You will collaborate with consultants, contractors, hotel teams and internal stakeholders, maintain project trackers, organize meetings and site visits, and monitor progress against schedules while ensuring compliance with brand standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, interior design, civil engineering, or related technical discipline.
• 2–4 years of relevant hospitality project coordination experience.
• Practical understanding of hotel design, construction, renovation and project coordination.
• Experience reviewing architectural/interior design drawings and technical documentation.
• Good knowledge of hotel brand standards and design guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Manager in coordinating hotel development, renovation, refurbishment and fit‑out projects from design through execution.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, hotel teams, owners and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Follow up on deliverables, deadlines, approvals and outstanding actions.
• Maintain project trackers and provide regular status updates.
• Organize project meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes and follow up on action items.
• Participate in site visits and prepare site visit reports and action lists.
• Monitor progress against approved schedules and milestones.
• Coordinate technical comments between Corporate Technical Department, consultants, contractors and hotel teams.
• Identify coordination issues and potential technical concerns and escalate to Project Manager.
• Prepare and maintain consolidated technical comments and track their closure.
• Review quotations and proposals against the scope of work; prepare bid comparison reports.
• Coordinate clarifications with bidders and document responses.
