Job summary

Millennium Hotels and Resorts MEA is seeking a Hospitality Project Coordinator to support the Project Manager across hotel development, renovation, refurbishment and fit-out programs. You will liaise with consultants, contractors, suppliers, hotel teams and internal stakeholders to ensure timely, compliant delivery from design through execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, interior design, civil engineering, or related technical discipline.
• 2–4 years of hospitality, hotel development, renovation, or fit-out experience.
• Practical understanding of hotel design, construction, renovation, and project coordination.
• Experience reviewing architectural and interior design drawings and technical documentation.
• Good understanding of hotel brand standards and design guidelines.
• Experience coordinating with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Previous experience with document control and project documentation.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD and/or Revit are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate hotel development projects from design through execution.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, hotel teams, owners, and internal stakeholders for smooth delivery.
• Follow up on deliverables, deadlines, approvals, and actions.
• Maintain project trackers and provide regular status updates.
• Organize meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and follow up on actions.
• Participate in site visits and prepare site visit reports and action lists.
• Assist in monitoring progress against schedules and milestones.
• Coordinate technical comments between departments, consultants, and hotel teams.
• Identify coordination issues and escalate to the Project Manager.
• Prepare and maintain consolidated technical comments and track closures.
• Review quotations and commercial proposals against the scope.
• Prepare quotation comparison sheets and bid reports.
• Identify exclusions, gaps, and missing items in quotations.
• Coordinate clarifications with bidders and document responses.
• Support negotiations, value engineering, and clarification processes.
• Manage project document control, including drawings, specs, reports, and correspondence.
• Maintain document registers, revision control, submission logs, and approval trackers.
• Ensure latest approved documents are accessible to stakeholders.
• Prepare project reports, presentations, trackers, and management updates.
