• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business or related field preferred.
• 3–5+ years in restaurant management, hotel/upscale dining.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with restaurant management software and POS.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Financial acumen with budgeting and cost control.
• Customer-focused with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
• Recruit, train and supervise staff fostering teamwork.
• Monitor customer service and address guest feedback promptly.
• Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts and financial reports.
• Implement cost controls to optimize profitability.
• Collaborate with chefs to update menu with seasonal items and guest preferences.
• Ensure food quality, presentation and service standards are met.
• Conduct regular inspections and evaluations.
• Develop marketing strategies including events and promotions.
