Job summary

Premier Inn Hotels UAE is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to promptly address maintenance issues across our hotel in Dubai. You will help uphold safety, efficiency and guest comfort by carrying out planned and reactive tasks.

With at least one year in hotel maintenance, you will inspect plant, equipment and facilities, perform repairs, and support fire protection systems while working as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience in the maintenance/engineering department of a branded hotel.
• Experience with electrical, plumbing, painting and carpentry is preferred.
• High School Diploma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carry out regular maintenance inspections of the building, plant and equipment as per the daily checklist.
• Perform daily, general and emergency repairs and maintenance with a focus on safety.
• Assist with preventative maintenance of fire protection systems and safety features.
• Address maintenance issues promptly to elevate guest care quality.
