Qualifications

• Hotel engineering or maintenance experience is a plus.
• Driver’s License is required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to guest repair requests and communicate resolutions.
• Perform preventive maintenance on hotel tools and equipment.
• Inspect and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Follow Lockout/Tagout and safety procedures; report hazards.
• Move and handle equipment up to 50 pounds; assist with painting and repairs.
