Job summary

Accor is seeking a Female Technician to maintain hotel facilities in Abu Dhabi, performing painting, plumbing, electrical work and routine maintenance to keep operations smooth and guests satisfied.

You must be responsible with strong English, able to work in a team with minimal supervision, and follow safety rules; pool/spa experience is an asset; you will manage PPM tasks and respond to emergencies.

Good communication, reliability and a proactive attitude are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, engaging and friendly service.
• Maintain buildings and perform routine maintenance (painting, plumbing, electrical work).
• Inspect facilities and equipment for conformance with standards.
• Review job orders to determine work priorities.
• Schedule repair, maintenance, and installation tasks to ensure continuous operations and guest satisfaction.
• Complete preventative maintenance program items.
• Perform pool and spa maintenance.
• Follow department policies, procedures and safety standards.
• Respond to emergencies promptly (fire alarm, water/gas issues).
• Report hazards or abuse of equipment/energy.
• Attend to guest room and apartment maintenance requests.
