Job summary

Premier Inn Hotels LLC in the UAE is seeking an experienced Maintenance Assistant to handle maintenance issues promptly and improve guest care quality across our properties. The role emphasizes timely, reliable service and adherence to safety standards within a branded hotel environment.

The successful candidate will have at least one year in hotel maintenance, capable of handling electrical, plumbing, painting and carpentry tasks, and will possess good English language skills to communicate

Qualifications

Minimum of one year experience in a maintenance or engineering department of a branded hotel.
Experience with property maintenance and resolving issues like electrical, plumbing, painting and carpentry.
High School Diploma preferred.
Good English language.

Responsibilities

Assist in maintaining the standards within the property, ensuring upkeep of facilities with attention to detail.
Carry out regular maintenance inspections of the building, plant and equipment as per daily checklist.
Perform daily, general and emergency repairs and maintenance, ensuring a health and safety environment for all persons on site.
Assist with preventative maintenance of fire protection systems and ensure safety features operate at peak efficiency.
