Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum one year in maintenance or engineering within a branded hotel.
• Experience with property maintenance including electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry.
• Good English language skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining standards and upkeep of hotel facilities with attention to detail.
• Conduct regular maintenance inspections of building plant and equipment.
• Perform daily general and emergency repairs with health and safety in mind.
• Support preventative maintenance of fire protection systems and safety features.
