Job summary

Premier Inn Hotels - Middle East is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to join its UAE operations. The role focuses on timely completion of maintenance issues and elevating guest care quality through reliable service in our hotel portfolio.

You will perform inspections, carry out repairs, and assist with preventative maintenance for fire protection systems, ensuring safety and peak operational efficiency. A background in branded hotels and good English are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in maintenance or engineering in a branded hotel.
• Experience with electrical, plumbing, painting, and carpentry is desirable.
• High School Diploma preferred.
• Good English language skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain standards within the property and upkeep of facilities with attention to detail.
• Carry out regular maintenance inspections of building, plant and equipment per daily checklist.
• Perform daily, general and emergency repairs and maintenance prioritising guest safety.
• Assist with preventative maintenance of fire protection systems and ensure firefighting and safety features operate effectively.
