Job summary

Premier Inn Hotels LLC in the UAE is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to manage timely and efficient resolution of maintenance issues across our properties, ensuring guest comfort and safety.

You will perform inspections, carry out routine and preventative work on building systems, and collaborate with the maintenance team to uphold Premier Inn standards while prioritizing guest care and safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience in the maintenance or engineering department of a branded hotel.
• Experience with electrical, plumbing, painting, and carpentry preferred.
• High School Diploma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining the standards within the property with emphasis on attention to detail.
• Carry out regular maintenance inspections of the building, plant and equipment per the daily checklist.
• Perform daily, general and emergency repairs and maintenance ensuring a health and safety environment.
• Assist with preventative maintenance of fire protection systems and ensure safety features operate at peak efficiency.
