Job summary

Le Méridien Fujairah on Dibba Road, Fujairah, United Arab Emirates, seeks a hotel maintenance technician to respond to guest repair requests and perform preventive maintenance across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and related systems. You will inspect, diagnose, and repair equipment, while maintaining safety standards and inventory control.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Some experience in general maintenance is preferred.
• Hotel engineering or maintenance experience is a plus.
• No supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and attend guest repair requests and communicate with guests to resolve issues.
• Perform preventive and basic repairs on hotel equipment, fixtures, and systems.
• Carry tools and equipment; locate and operate shut-offs; maintain inventory and requisition parts.
• Follow safety policies incl. Lockout/Tagout and ensure proper documentation of activities.
