Job summary

Ennismore's 25hours Hotel One Central in Dubai seeks an IT leader to own the hotel IT plan, align with the group strategy, and ensure SLAs, budgets, timelines and standards are met across the property.

You will manage day-to-day IT operations, network and AV services, security, and end-user support for colleagues and guests, while coordinating with Group IT to deliver scalable, reliable technology for exceptional hospitality experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
• Master's Degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
• Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) or equivalent certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of the Hotel IT plan in line with the IT strategy and SLAs.
• Apply Group IT guidelines to hotel systems and enterprise architecture initiatives.
• Ensure IT systems are secure, scalable and capable of supporting operations and growth.
• Provide day-to-day IT support to colleagues, including network and hardware configuration within SLAs.
• Respond to IT queries from colleagues and guests and ensure timely solutions.
• Investigate escalated end-user problems and implement effective resolutions.
• Oversee network infrastructure operations (LAN, WAN, interconnects).
• Support AV services for meetings and events and ensure readiness of spaces.
• Coordinate with departments to deliver timely AV assistance for VIPs and conferences.
• Lead IT department operations and liaise with internal/external stakeholders for smooth operations.
• Ensure Health, Safety and Environment procedures are followed and standards maintained.
• Propose improvements to policies and drive change initiatives for efficiency.
