Job summary

NH Collection Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Cluster AC Technician to operate, maintain and repair HVAC, ventilation, and refrigeration systems across two properties in Dubai. You will work to keep environmental conditions comfortable for guests and staff while supporting energy efficiency and safety standards.

The role requires 2–3 years in HVAC, strong diagnostic skills, and the ability to coordinate with engineering teams.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of AC/HVAC technician experience, preferably in a hotel or facilities management.
• Strong knowledge of FCUs/AHUs/FAHUs, chillers and related controls.
• Ability to read HVAC drawings, schematics and manuals.
• Basic English communication and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC, ventilation and refrigeration systems across hotel properties.
• Inspect and repair HVAC equipment including FCUs, AHUs, FAHUs and split/packaged units.
• Diagnose mechanical/electrical faults and carry out repairs.
• Monitor temperature, airflow, pressure and equipment condition for efficient operation.
• Respond to maintenance requests with minimal disruption to guests.
• Maintain records of inspections, maintenance, refrigerant usage and parts.
