Rotana Hotels is seeking a passionate A/C Technician in the United Arab Emirates to install, service and repair air conditioning and refrigeration systems across the hotel. You will work closely with engineering colleagues to diagnose faults, perform routine maintenance and ensure safe operation of all cooling equipment.

Responsibilities

• Repair, maintain and service electrical and mechanical refrigeration systems across the hotel.
• Maintain preventive cooling and air‑conditioning systems.
• Inspect performance of refrigeration components and controls.
• Check door closure systems on walk‑in coolers/freeze units and defrost/automation of ice makers.
• Assist with maintenance requests from all departments and ensure filters are clean.
• Coordinate with engineering and storekeeper on parts and purchases.
• Ensure compliance with country technical regulations and safety standards.
