Job summary

Rotana Hotels in Dubai seeks a proactive Human Resources Officer to support the Director of Human Resources in implementing HR strategies and policies. The role focuses on delivering outstanding service to employees and solving people-related challenges in a dynamic hospitality environment.

You will assist in recruitment of frontline staff, coordinate induction programs, maintain confidential HR records, and contribute to HR reporting and budgeting.

Qualifications

• Assist in the recruitment process and hiring of all front line employees
• Maintain an up to date database for resumes for future recruitment needs
• Conduct induction / orientation program for all newly joined employees
• Assist the Director of Human Resources / HR Manager in the preparation of periodic reports and HR budgets
