Job summary

Hilton Ras Al Khaimah is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to support the HR team across recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee records.

You will coordinate sourcing, interviews, postings, onboarding, offboarding, and maintain confidential personnel files while providing day-to-day Team Member support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• 1–2 years HR experience, preferably hospitality.
• Strong English written and verbal communication.
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
• Knowledge of recruitment, payroll, attendance, and benefits administration.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate talent acquisition: sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding across hotel departments.
• Liaise with agencies, schools, and job portals for recruitment.
• Post vacancies accurately and on time across channels.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes and required checklists.
• Maintain Team Member records and confidential HR data.
• Update HR systems and ensure accurate data.
• Assist payroll processing, salary changes, deductions, and monthly closing.
• Manage attendance and leave records for payroll.
