Job summary

Archive Front Office Driver role: Archive is seeking a courteous Front Office Driver to greet hotel guests on arrival and departure, assist with luggage, and escort guests to the lobby and car. You will maintain a professional appearance and knowledge of hotel services to respond to guest inquiries.

The ideal candidate holds a valid local driving license, understands country traffic laws, and can hand over shifts smoothly, forward complaints to the manager, and coordinate airport/crew

Qualifications

• Vocational training in hospitality preferred.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Valid local Driving License and knowledge of country traffic laws.
• Front Office/Transportation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests on arrival and departure and escort to lobby.
• Open car doors and assist guests with entering/exiting vehicles.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel services and respond to guest queries.
• Ensure effective handover between shifts and communicate with on-duty manager.
• Forward guest complaints or problems to the manager on duty.
• Perform trips with hotel car/bus as required by hotel needs.
• Control and secure guests' car keys and maintain parking areas.
• Coordinate handovers with night shift and early shift leaders.
• Establish, promote and maintain good public relations with guests.
• Maintain parking spaces and ensure cleanliness and organization.
• Ensure airport/crew transportation flow is smooth and efficient.
