Job summary

Flip retail is seeking an Hotel Driver to securely transport resort guests and staff, assist with loading luggage, and adjust routes for smooth travel. You will inform management of vehicle tickets, ensure proper parking, and maintain vehicle cleanliness and logs during shifts.

Applicants should have a UAE driving certificate, a clean record, and at least 3 years of UAE resort driving experience. Staff accommodation and transport are provided.

Qualifications

• Secondary school diploma is required.
• Valid UAE driving certificate required (allowed to drive minibus/tourist bus).
• Clean driving record required.
• Knowledge of UAE road laws and local routes.
• Ability to use maps, GPS, and car manuals.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Punctual and reliable.
• Minimum 3 years of UAE Resort Driver experience.

Responsibilities

• Safely transports resort guests and staff to and from locations promptly.
• Assist with loading and unloading luggage, goods, and materials.
• Adjust routes to avoid traffic congestion or road work.
• Inform management of any tickets issued against the company vehicle during shifts.
• Ensure company vehicle is parked legally to avoid towing.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and regular maintenance.
• Provide accurate logs of vehicle's come-and-go times.
• Report accidents, injuries, and vehicle damage to management.
