Job summary

Hilton is seeking a Telephone Operator to answer hotel calls, direct guests to the correct extension or room, and clearly communicate hotel information during emergencies. You will provide excellent guest service, support other departments, and maintain accurate guest records while upholding Hilton's standards of hospitality across the property in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.

Responsibilities

• Answer guest calls and direct to the correct extension or room.
• Provide information about hotel services, room rates, packages, promotions and general information.
• Input and write messages with proper grammar and spelling.
• Verify guest names and telephone numbers.
• Operate fax and assist with guest communications.
• Notify guests of receipts using the computer system.
• Coordinate with other departments as required.
