Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Some experience in general maintenance, exterior and interior surface preparation and painting is a plus.
• No supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Respond and attend to guest repair requests.
• Communicate with guests to resolve maintenance issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance on tools and kitchen and mechanical room equipment, including cleaning and lubrication.
• Inspect tools, equipment, or machines and carry equipment as needed.
• Identify shut-off valves and manage building utilities shut-offs.
• Maintain maintenance inventory and requisition parts and supplies.
• Communicate daily activities and issues to other shifts using approved systems.
• Follow safety policies and store flammables properly.
• Assist guests and team with professional, clear communication.
• Move and handle objects up to 50 pounds and navigate stairs and ramps as required.
