This on-site, full-time role requires at least 3 years of related work experience with EPA Universal, HVAC certifications, and a valid driver's license. You will calibrate controls, monitor energy usage, and ensure safety standards are followed.

Qualifications

• Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree required.
• At least 3 years of related work experience.
• EPA Universal Certification, HVAC Certification, and Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, repair, and maintain HVAC, air quality control, and refrigeration equipment.
• Monitor and control property temperature and energy usage; calibrate controls and meters.
• Assemble, install, test, repair, and maintain electrical systems, wiring, pipe assemblies, valves, etc.
• Perform routine pool and spa maintenance and uphold safety policies.
