Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to diagnose faults, perform preventive maintenance, and respond to emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Inspect hotel equipment and systems to identify defects or wear.
• Diagnose faults and determine repair or maintenance actions.
• Perform preventive maintenance on chillers, air handling units, and pumps.
• Service kitchen equipment and related mechanical systems.
• Respond quickly to emergency maintenance calls and restore equipment to service.
• Maintain equipment logs and repair documentation.
• Coordinate with hotel departments to minimize guest disruption.
