Accor in Dubai is seeking an Engineering Supervisor to oversee daily MEP and HVAC operations at a hospitality property. You will lead a team of technicians, manage preventive and corrective maintenance, and ensure building systems run safely and reliably to support guest comfort.

The role focuses on supervision, troubleshooting, and coordination with external contractors, with a hybrid work arrangement. A strong background in regulatory compliance, energy efficiency, and building management

Competenze

3-5 years of engineering experience in hotels, mixed-use towers, or high-rise buildings.
1-2 years in an engineering supervisory or team-leader position.
Experience managing complex building engineering systems including chillers, plant rooms, BMS, and fire protection systems.

Mansioni

Supervise daily engineering activities and coordinate the work of maintenance technicians across the property.
Assign maintenance tasks, monitor progress, and ensure technical issues are addressed efficiently.
Provide practical guidance and training to technicians to strengthen their technical knowledge and maintenance capabilities.
Oversee scheduled room maintenance and coordinate engineering support to maintain guest comfort and satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of completed work, outstanding maintenance requests, and equipment servicing activities.
Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
