Responsibilities

• Prepare meals and substitute items; regulate oven temperatures and food handling.
• Assist in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling and coaching employees as needed.
• Follow safety policies, report maintenance issues, and protect company assets.
• Inform staff of menu specials and out-of-stock items; maintain food logs and quality standards.
