Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepare special meals or substitute items according to recipes.
• Regulate temperature of ovens, broilers, grills, and roasters.
• Pull food from freezer storage to thaw in the refrigerator.
• Maintain food logs and monitor quality and quantity of food prepared.
• Inform staff of menu specials and out-of-stock items; assist in daily specials.
