• Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and coaching employees.
• Follow all safety policies and report maintenance needs and unsafe conditions.
• Communicate menu specials and out-of-stock items to staff; support team to meet goals.
• Stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds as needed.
