Responsibilities

• Determine presentation and create decorative displays.
• Ensure proper portions, arrangement, and garnish; monitor prep quantities.
• Inform service staff of specials and out-of-stock items.
• Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, and coaching.
• Maintain kitchen logs for food safety and quality; monitor stock.
