Qualifications

• Experience in supervising a hospitality support or stewarding team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team: recruit, train, supervise, and mentor team members.
• Assist Chief Engineer with managing daily maintenance operations: oversee activities, prioritize tasks, verify completion.
• Ensure safety and compliance: maintain building, mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and life safety systems.
• Assist Chief Engineer with driving engineering performance: monitor KPIs and improve performance.
• Support hotel-wide operational leadership: collaborate on evacuation procedures and safety protocols.
• Oversee contractor work: supervise external contractors and inspect completed work.
• Lead energy efficiency initiatives: oversee energy conservation programs to reduce costs.
