Hilton Abu Dhabi Yas Island is seeking a Cluster Social Media Coordinator to create, manage, and optimize digital content across the hotel’s social platforms. You will drive guest engagement, promote offers, and support revenue campaigns through compelling storytelling and visuals.

• Excellent written, spoken and read English proficiency.
• Previous Marketing experience in hospitality, agency or airlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills to engage diverse audiences.
• Creative and ideas oriented.

• Plan, create and publish content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and others.
• Capture on-site photo and video content of rooms, dining, events and guests.
• Write on-brand captions and short-form copy.
• Execute content calendar aligned with campaigns and promotions.
• Support launches of hotel offers, events and partnerships via social media.
• Monitor trends and platform updates relevant to hospitality.
• Engage with followers and manage community.
• Track reach, engagement and content performance; provide insights.
• Coordinate with agencies, influencers or photographers when needed.
