Job summary

Hilton Yas Island is seeking a creative Cluster Graphic Designer & Content Creator to support marketing across the Yas Island cluster. You will produce high-quality visual assets for digital, print and social channels, translating briefs into engaging concepts while upholding brand standards across Hilton properties.

Role covers photography, videography, and motion graphics, with responsibility for in-house shoots, post-production, and omni-channel content.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design, content creation or a similar creative role.
• Strong portfolio across digital, print, social media, photography and video.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Solid layout, typography, branding and visual hierarchy skills.
• Experience in photography and videography for food, product, interiors and social content.
• Knowledge of cameras, lighting, composition and video production.
• Familiarity with social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube) and trends.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality visual assets for digital and print communications (social, websites, EDMs, ads, posters, menus, signage, collateral).
• Translate marketing briefs into strong creative concepts aligned with brand objectives and commercial priorities.
• Develop and adapt campaign artwork across multiple formats, platforms and touchpoints.
• Create social media graphics, carousels, Stories, Reel covers, animations and campaign assets.
• Capture and edit short-form video content (Reels, Stories, promotional videos).
• Plan and produce in-house photography for guestrooms, F&B, lifestyle experiences and events.
• Support internal/external shoots and post-production including retouching and color correction.
• Maintain brand standards across outputs, ensuring consistency of visual identity and presentation.
• Update menus, promotional materials and operational artwork as required.
• Work with Cluster Marketing to translate content calendars into omni-channel visuals.
• Monitor visual trends and identify creative opportunities for engagement.
• Manage social platforms: plan, schedule, publish, monitor content to boost engagement.
