Hilton is seeking a talented Cluster Graphic Designer & Content Creator to elevate visual storytelling across two Abu Dhabi properties. You will craft social and campaign content, drive photography and video initiatives, and ensure brand consistency across digital and print channels.

You will manage photo/video shoots, edit motion graphics, and deliver on-brand assets that engage guests and amplify seasonal campaigns. A strong portfolio and hospitality experience are preferred.

Competenze

• Minimum 3 years in graphic design, content creation or similar creative role.
• Strong portfolio spanning digital, print, social, photography and video.
• Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite with emphasis on Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Experience in photography and videography for hospitality or lifestyle brands.
• Understanding of social platforms and mobile-first content.

• Create high-quality visual assets for digital and print communications across social, websites, signage and collateral.
• Translate briefs into strong concepts aligned with brand and commercial goals.
• Develop and adapt campaign artwork across formats and touchpoints.
• Produce social graphics, carousels, reels, covers and campaign assets.
• Capture and edit short-form video content for Reels, stories and promos.
• Plan and produce in-house photography for guestrooms, F&B, events and activations.
• Support shoots and post-production including retouching and color correction.
• Maintain organized asset libraries and ensure timely delivery across two properties.
