Job summary

Hyatt Regency Dubai Creek Heights is seeking a proactive Sales Executive to drive revenue growth across rooms, F&B and events. You will help plan and deliver compelling proposals and ensure alignment with Hyatt International's standards.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years in hotel sales, a degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management is preferred, and strong problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are essential to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Ideally a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
• Minimum 2 years work experience as Sales Executive in hotel operations.
• Knowledge about ISO 14001 is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.
• Meet and exceed events and sales targets set in the monthly and yearly forecasts and maximize hotel revenues and profits across all revenue streams (rooms, F&B and events).
• Plan, organize and deliver outstanding proposals that win events business for Hyatt Regency Dubai Creek Heights.
