Job summary

Hilton Garden Inn Ras Al Khaimah is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to drive corporate and group business, strengthening client relationships and identifying new revenue streams to support the hotel's commercial objectives.

The role reports to the Commercial Manager and requires a motivated sales professional with strong networking, communication and hospitality passion to achieve monthly and quarterly targets in Ras Al Khaimah and the UAE.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years hotel sales experience within UAE hospitality industry.
• Previous corporate sales experience preferred.
• Strong UAE market knowledge and commercial landscape.
• Established network of corporate contacts within Ras Al Khaimah, Dubai and Northern Emirates is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
• Valid UAE driving license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop and secure new corporate and leisure business opportunities.
• Conduct regular sales calls, client meetings and business development activities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate accounts, travel agencies, government entities and key local businesses.
• Generate room nights, meetings, events and group business opportunities.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities within Ras Al Khaimah and the UAE market.
• Support the preparation of sales plans, account strategies and business forecasts.
• Ensure all sales activities and account information are updated in Hilton sales systems and CRM platforms.
• Represent the hotel at networking events, trade shows and industry functions when required.
• Work closely with Revenue Management, Marketing and Operations teams to maximize guest satisfaction and revenue performance.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly targets as defined by the Commercial Leadership team.
