Job summary

Hilton Garden Inn Ras Al Khaimah seeks a commercially driven Commercial Manager to lead the hotel's overall commercial strategy and drive sustainable revenue growth across all business segments. You will develop and execute integrated strategies spanning Sales, Revenue Management, Marketing, eCommerce, Group & Events and F&B.

The role requires strong analytical capabilities, strategic thinking, and the ability to deliver results in an international hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive commercial leadership experience within international hotel brands.
• Strong background in Revenue Management and Sales disciplines
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and market share improvement.
• Experience managing budgets, forecasts, business planning and performance analysis.
• Strong understanding of hotel financial metrics including RevPAR, ADR, Occupancy, GOP and EBITDA.
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing commercial teams.
• Excellent presentation, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the hotel's integrated commercial strategy across all market segments and distribution channels.
• Drive total hotel revenue growth while maximizing profitability and market share penetration.
• Lead the commercial planning process, annual budgets, forecasts and business reviews.
• Identify market opportunities, emerging trends and new revenue streams.
• Oversee revenue optimization strategies across rooms, groups, meetings and F&B.
• Lead, coach and develop the commercial team to high performance.
