• Promote brand image internally and externally.
• Answer guest questions about property facilities, rates, packages, events.
• Serve as point of contact for clients via phone and email.
• Enter, retrieve, reconcile, and verify information in sales software.
• Follow company policies; maintain professional appearance and confidentiality.
• Provide excellent guest service and maintain positive working relationships.
• Move, lift up to 10 pounds as needed.
• Perform other reasonable duties as requested by Supervisors.
