Confidential Careers in the United Arab Emirates seeks an experienced Purchasing Manager to lead procurement for a hospitality group in Dubai. You will oversee supplier relationships, inventory processes, and purchasing activities to ensure cost effectiveness and alignment with financial standards.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in hospitality procurement across restaurants, hotels or groups, with excellent negotiation, market awareness and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Hospitality procurement experience
• Experience with supplier management and inventory processes
• Strong negotiation and commercial awareness
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Fluent in English and Turkish

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day purchasing and procurement activities according to policy
• Maintain relationships with approved suppliers; identify new sourcing opportunities
• Source products, negotiate pricing and terms; monitor market trends
• Process purchasing requests and market lists from operations
• Prepare and manage purchase orders; ensure price accuracy and quotations
• Monitor budgets and obtain approvals for out-of-budget purchases
• Oversee receiving; ensure quality, quantity and specs meet requirements
• Track deliveries; coordinate with suppliers and internal teams
• Monitor price changes; seek cost savings and better terms
• Maintain purchasing records, invoices and documentation
• Support inventory management, stock checks and variance investigations
• Ensure purchasing and inventory systems are up to date
• Work with Finance and operations on cost control and procurement transparency
• Develop and implement purchasing procedures and best practices
• Maintain awareness of market conditions, supplier availability and pricing
