Job summary

St. Regis is seeking a Learning and Development professional to align training with our mission and vision, partnering with property leadership to close performance gaps and deliver impactful programs.

You will design, develop, and facilitate both custom and corporate training, ensuring ROI through effective evaluation. The role focuses on product knowledge, company philosophy, customer service and leadership training, with responsibility for budgets and program plans to drive brand standards

Qualifications

• Requires 2-year degree in HR, Hospitality, Business or related major; 2 years experience and certified trainer.
• Or 4-year bachelor's degree; certified trainer; no work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Promotes training programs to employees.
• Displays leadership in guest hospitality and service excellence.
• Identifies behaviors contributing to service excellence.
• Ensures ongoing training to meet guest expectations.
• Uses effective training methods to ensure guest satisfaction understanding.
• Meets with training cadre regularly to support efforts.
• Observes service behaviors and provides feedback.
