Job summary

You will collaborate with leadership to assess training impact, develop plans and budgets, and drive brand values across development activities to continually elevate guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 2-year degree required; 1 year HR/hospitality experience preferred; trainer certification.
• Bachelor’s degree required; trainer certification; open to entry-level with no work experience.

Responsibilities

• Promotes and informs employees about all training programs.
• Assists in administering employee training programs and ensures ongoing training aligns with guest expectations.
• Monitors enrollment and attendance; partners with leaders to assess transfer of learning to operations.
• Develops training program plans and budgets to improve performance and align with business goals.
