Job summary

Anantara Downtown Dubai is seeking a guest-focused hospitality professional to welcome and seat guests, maintaining a warm, professional atmosphere and smooth seating flow. You will ensure a spotless, welcoming entrance and assist guests throughout their experience.

In addition, you will uphold hotel policies, manage reservations and telephone inquiries with excellent etiquette, collect guest feedback, and support the service team to deliver a seamless luxury dining experience.

Qualifications

• Guest-focused hospitality professional with excellent people skills.
• Professional grooming and presentation as per luxury hotel standards.
• Ability to manage restaurant reception and seating flow with poise.

Responsibilities

• Greet, welcome, and seat guests in a warm, professional manner.
• Maintain proper telephone etiquette and assist with reservation procedures.
• Ensure reception and restaurant areas are clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Obtain guest feedback and promptly address concerns.
• Support service team and Cashier during peak times when needed.
