Qualifications

• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Anticipate guest needs and handle inquiries in an attentive manner.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel products, room types, rates, facilities and promotions.
• Oversee the service and attitude of guest service to meet high standards.
• Ensure issues related to guest satisfaction are resolved promptly with timely follow-up.
• Be proactive and suggest alternatives to enhance the guest experience at Anantara.
• Develop collaborative relationships with all hotel departments.
• Conduct daily shift briefings and pass information to team members.
