Job summary

Anantara Downtown Dubai is seeking hospitality-minded staff to join our service team. You will work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth and timely service, greet and seat guests, and provide warm, professional guest interactions while maintaining a clean, welcoming entrance and reception area.

You will follow all hotel policies, SOPs, service standards, and grooming requirements, understand reservation procedures, obtain guest feedback, and support the service team and cashier during breaks

Responsibilities

• Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth and timely service.
• Follow all hotel policies, SOPs, service standards, and grooming requirements.
• Welcome and interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Maintain proper telephone etiquette and understand reservation procedures.
• Be familiar with restaurant and hotel services and facilities.
• Greet, welcome, and seat guests, ensuring a warm and pleasant experience.
• Ensure the restaurant entrance and reception area are clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Check tables are clean and properly set before seating guests.
• Obtain guest feedback and promptly address or report any concerns.
• Assist the service team when required and support the Cashier during breaks.
