Job summary

Paris Society is hiring an HR & Talent Acquisition Intern in Dubai to support the Group People & Culture team with recruitment, onboarding and HR projects. The role offers exposure to the full recruitment cycle and hands-on involvement in employee experience initiatives across corporate and restaurant venues.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Hospitality Management, HR, or a related field.
• Strong interest in recruitment, people management and hospitality.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment for corporate and restaurant roles across the Group.
• Assist with candidate sourcing, CV screening, interview coordination, and follow-up.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and update candidate information.
• Support international recruitment campaigns and events.
• Assist recruitment planning for new restaurant openings.
• Support onboarding activities and new joiner documentation.
• Contribute to employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives.
• Assist in coordinating internal HR events and communications.
• Support HR reporting, data collection and dashboard updates.
• Contribute to HR process improvements and HRIS projects.
