Ennismore, a hospitality group behind lifestyle hotel, restaurant and nightlife brands, offers an HR & Talent Acquisition Intern position in Dubai. This on-site role provides hands-on exposure to the full recruitment cycle and HR projects within the Group People & Culture team.

You will support sourcing, screening, onboarding and HR communications across corporate and restaurant roles, while developing practical skills in recruitment and people management in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Formación

• We are seeking a student or recent graduate pursuing a degree in Hospitality Management, Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong interest in recruitment, people management and the hospitality industry is essential.
• Good organisational, communication and interpersonal skills are required.

Responsabilidades

• Support recruitment for corporate and restaurant positions across the group.
• Assist with candidate sourcing, CV screening, interview coordination and follow-up.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and update candidate information.
• Assist with onboarding activities and new joiner documentation.
• Support HR events, communications and employee engagement initiatives.
• Contribute to HR reporting and HRIS-related projects.
