Job summary

Qualifications

• Understanding of UAE labor laws is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day HR operations including recruitment and onboarding.
• Coordinate and facilitate training programs aligned with Hyatt standards.
• Assist in implementing talent development and succession planning.
• Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws.
• Partner with department heads to identify learning needs and create solutions.
• Support learning platforms, training records, and reporting.
• Champion Hyatt culture and colleague experience across properties.
