Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in HR/Business/PSY/Hospitality or related field.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 12 years of relevant internship or work experience.
• Strong communication skills in English; additional languages a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office and professional conduct.

Responsibilities

• Support daily People & Culture operations including employee records onboarding and HR documentation.
• Assist with recruitment activities such as CV screening interview coordination and candidate communication.
• Coordinate learning and development activities trainings and Accor learning initiatives.
• Support visa insurance and employee lifecycle processes in line with local regulations.
• Contribute to employee engagement recognition programs and Heartist activities.
• Assist with employee relations matters and maintain confidentiality at all times.
• Maintain accurate HR data trackers and basic reports.
• Support audits compliance checks and internal HR reviews.
• Collaborate closely with P&C leadership and hotel departments.
• Demonstrate strong learning agility professionalism and a service-oriented mindset.
