Wyndham Garden Ajman is seeking an experienced HR Executive to join its team in Ajman, United Arab Emirates. This role focuses on supporting employees, improving HR processes, and contributing to a dynamic hospitality environment.

Ideal candidates have UAE HR experience, strong communication skills, and a commitment to maintaining confidential information and accurate HR records. Immediate joiners are preferred, and hospitality sector experience is a plus.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of HR experience in the UAE.
• Currently available inside the UAE.
• Experience in hospitality industry is advantageous.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential employee information.

Responsabilidades

• Support daily human resources operations and employee-related activities.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation processes.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
• Handle employee inquiries and provide HR support when required.
• Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth HR operations.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and workplace improvement activities.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and UAE labor regulations.
