• Process reservations, changes, and cancellations by phone, fax, or mail.
• Enter rewards information into appropriate software.
• Assist management in training and motivating employees.
• Maintain confidentiality and protect company assets.
• Welcome guests according to standards and anticipate service needs.
• Maintain professional appearance and etiquette.
• Read and verify information in various formats.
• Move objects weighing up to 10 pounds.
