Job summary

InterContinental Hotels Group is seeking an HR Coordinator to join the Crowne Plaza Dubai Marina team in Dubai. You will provide administrative and operational HR support, maintain records, assist recruitment and onboarding, prepare employment documents, and ensure compliance with hotel policies.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in HR or admin in a four- or five-star hotel, strong communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office and HR software.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of HR or administrative experience in a four- or five-star hotel or similar hospitality environment.
• Ability to work with colleagues from diverse cultures and backgrounds.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with strong attention to detail.
